Thanks for the confirmation that it's supposed to work. I'll start digging here and see what's screwed up.

Did some more testing/discoveries, got my test unit to work but had to delete and re-add the unit to observium. No biggie in my case as I didn't have many units added in the first place so I can just remove them and add them back in fresh when I put in the ap9631's.

This was the same observium instance where I had a hard power outage on and had to re-create the mysql schema so it's possible that something was screwed up for those entries or something. (haven't noticed anything else amiss though so :shrug:)

Anyway, all's good, thanks for the sanity check.
