The server has mysql configured and it is monitoring 49 servers already. I just need to add the temperature & voltage to be monitored. I just don't know Why I cannot have the temperature & voltage appear in the health drop down menu? I was trying to figure it out and I stumbled on the message appears only in the ipmi sesnors part but the other info goes on smoothly. Any clue? Thanks,

That is because you have the mysql script in your local directory, but it's not configured (or the host has no mysql server).
Note that M comes after I and before N.
