Hi Guys,
Any ideas on this access-denied issue?
I did an SVN update again this morning to see if it was any better, but no change, instead I seem to have picked up an additional issue.
My pull of 3920 appears to have broken BGP information. From what I can see, it appears to be down to an issue with the poller putting all the BGP information it retrieves into a single (wrong) file, which has no IP within its name, for example:
/usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c xxx -OQUs -m BGP4-MIB -M /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp udp:xxx.yyy.local:161 bgpPeerIdentifier…. bgpPeerIdentifier.10.0.4.113 = 10.0.4.113
[ polled 1365928128 -> period 55 ]OK u:0.00 s:0.00 r:0.65 OK u:0.00 s:0.00 r:0.75 RRD[^[[32mupdate /opt/observium/rrd/xxx.yyy.local/bgp-.rrd N:::::^[[0m] SQL[UPDATE `bgpPeers-state` set `bgpPeerInUpdates` ='',`bgpPeerOutUpdates` ='',`bgpPeerInTotalMessages` ='',`bgpPeerOutTotalMessages` ='',`bgpPeerFsmEstablishe….
The bgp-.rrd file should be bgp-10.0.4.113.rrd of course.
It appears that all neighbors are now going into the same bgp-.rrd file now.
Looking within the device’s RRD directory, I can see that they are in there, but now they are not being updated since my SVN pull:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 617776 Apr 14 08:32 bgp-10.0.4.113.rrd -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 617776 Apr 14 08:32 bgp-10.0.4.114.rrd -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 235296 Apr 14 08:32 bgp-139.44.140.11.rrd -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 235296 Apr 14 08:32 bgp-139.44.140.12.rrd -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 521496 Apr 14 09:46 bgp-.rrd
Instead, this new bgp-.rrd is now being updated with (what appears to be) every BGP neighbour’s information, thus none of the BGP graphs are now rendering anything at all.
Assistance on either of these issues is much appreciated! Let me know if I can provide any more info to assist.
Best wishes & thanks,

Hi,
Got an odd one here, suddenly we are getting access denied to all 6500/7600 fabric graphs on all devices:
When you click on the * graph you get:
From the URL: http://<servername>/graphs/to=1365669262/device=43/mod=1/chan=0/type=c6kxbar_util/from=1365582862/http://%3cservername%3e/graphs/to=1365669262/device=43/mod=1/chan=0/type=c6kxbar_util/from=1365582862/
We auto SVN update, so I can’t be certain exactly when this broke, but I’m pretty sure it was ok a few days ago.
I’m logged in as “admin” and have never changed (or even really looked at) the permissions page, but here is a screenshot in case I’ve failed to add something I’m meant to:
Any assistance much appreciated :)
