Hello Simone,
I did a quick check in the MIB file you attached and sadly I can not find anything that refer to IOPS or disk IO in it.
If the information is not presented via SNMP then Observium have no way of polling out the information.
I think your only chance is to contact QNAP and ask them to improve their SNMP Support in future software.

In attach the official MIB of my QNAP TS2480U-RP , I haven't find a reference for latency or IOPS directly, if any of you want to take a look I'm not so skilled there...

However I have 6 QNAP NAS under Observium, the newest it's this 2480, but it cannot see even the configured storage pool Volume...in the others instead the storage volumes are ok.But this is another question maybe I need to ask it in a separate post..
