You probably need to switch to Markus' new version.

The weathermap integration isn't maintained by us, so it needs to be updated separately.

works for me with latest version of Observium. I use the weathermap-script that you can find on my repo here: https://github.com/ZerxXxes/weathermap-for-observium
I have modifed some files that broke pretty recently so maybe you should try that depending on what errors you get.
