The RRDs shouldn't be owned by apache, they should be owned by whatever user the observium poller runs as.
You probably just want "chmod -R 755 rrd"

You just need to fix permissions. The RRD dir and all of its contents should be readable by the user that apache runs as.

For me the primary point is to save the device ID numbers, and secondary priority is to save graphs. I think one workaround would be to remove RRDs which is not working ant let Observium to create new ones ? What could i do ? Thanks
