Observium did a very good job providing such a good application for monitoring network state. I'm very thankful for that.

But ofcourse some pieces are missing. For example monitoring of interfaces flap. I wanted to ask - what is you solution to monitor a link flaps ? Do you do SYSLOG monitoring for that ? Or some kind of separate SNMP-TRAP software ?

can you give any recommendation ?
