it appears to be anything being alerted as RECOVER is being blocked ? but ALERTS are getting through fine

In latest version (rolling) we switched attach graphs in mail from base64 encoded data tag to attach image files with cid tag.
(Since some mail clients do not display base64 encoded images).

we have a score of 5 set, so sadly just passes it

the emails where never being detected with these TO_NO_BRKTS_HTML_IMG ? or XPIRO ? in the past, only recently?

has the been any changes in the email alerts code at all ?
