The includes/definitions/os.inc.php file has a do not edit disclaimer at the top. Is there a file I can make changes to to add the 'remote access' options?

I may have edited the file anyway and the options propagated appropriately to the devices. Will these changes be reverted during a svn up?

Thank you

However, our switches (Force10) don't have those options. As shown below.

Is there a way to add those options to devices that need them?

Receiving the follow error from a monitored F5 hardware appliance.

The CPU usage reported is way out, anyone come across this or similar issue?

Hi Adam,

If I need to do custom development, how long does it take and cost ?

MIBs don't do what you think they do.

Please read the FAQ.

Hi Adam,

How to fix it? Since we already have MIB in the directory?

If the device wasn't detected as anything, we don't have support for it.

I think we have specific detection for some Zhone, but perhaps not that device.

Hi ,

I see ZHONE directory in /opt/observium/mibs/zhone.  I added Zhone MKX to Observium but it seems that Observium did not recognize the OS type.

How to specify the type of OS ? then Observium can use Zhone MIB to query data ?

chanty

Hi

Does Observium support Zhone (http://www.zhone.com) ?

Thanks,

Your device seems to be returning an invalid number :)

It'll likely fix itself when it next reboots, or gets a firmware update.
