The "lcsStatusHardwareInfoCpuLoad300sPercent.0" and lcsStatusHardwareInfo*
memory" should be removed, or we get duplicate entries.
I have change the event type for "0".

I have add support for phoneusers.
I have add support for LACOM-1723-MIB, simlare to the LCOS.
