Hi Pham,
 
The Applications system is not terribly well developed at the moment, thus the documentation is quite sparse.
 
I would recommend re-following the existing documentation making extra care to perform every step as explained, checking everything works at each point. If proper documentation for the application poller you want to use isn't available, you're somewhat on your own :)
