I have this problem too....

It was working perfectly before the upgrade to the version of Observium OpenSource released this year.


In fact my map just shows a blue screen now..... zooming out doesn't show land at all?

Its done by looking in the SNMP sysLocation field of your device. If you enter a valid address on your device then Observium will map it properly. Any string that Google Maps can translate to a location will usually work :)

How do I specify which devices appear where?  I assume it’s to do with the Contact field.
