I was wondering if there is any way of debugging pushover alerts?

We have an entry in the alert log about the “Alert notification sent”. The message was never delivered (we use Pushover), and the Application info in the Pushover interface doesn’t say there was any message attempted.

How to debug it? We’re on Observium 0.16.5.7823 (stable)
