In the top part i have an AND set and in the groups I have OR set.
It might not be so obvious to see though.

In your port group definition you have a few OR instead of AND. All of them should be AND to match all ports.

I added a port group to be able to have an aggregated graph but the graph does not seems to aggregate the ports usage in one graph.
See the attached pictures as reference.

Site1 have 137Mbit in and 160Mbit out and a spike at over 200Mbit
Site2 have 38Mbit in and 80 out and a spike at over 140Mbit

The aggregated graph does not show much more than a bit over 100Mbit both in and out in total and with the spike it should show around 340Mbit 

What has caused this irregularity to happen and should it be like this?
