[Observium] SVN Update doesn't seem to update observium

      Hello All,
I submitted a patch and it was commited in r8368, but when I run svn update
to r8428 I dont get any of the changes. Anyone know whats wrong? We are
running the subscription edition, if that matters.
I checked to see if I would get the patch when creating a new copy of
observium through [svn co ... ] and yes it worked fine.
