Hi Erwin,
Those lines were a rollback because of an erroneous sql update. We also removed the erroneous update from the previous files, which means if you hadn't run 137 yet before we added 138, you will indeed have 3 errors about re-adding things that are already there.
So it's all fine. :-)

I don't think that there is a problem, because columns exist. There seems to be no issue in using Observium now.
