[Observium] monitoring fileZilla ftp server on Windows 2008R2 bestpractice ?

Which is the best way to monitore à fileZilla ftp server runing on windows Server 2008R2 with observium ? Can I run à check on port 21 from observium poller ?

We have just taken the annual support for observium ... nice tools!
