[Observium] Adding new device support and collaboration

I'm a test engineer for Fiberhome, and we currently plan to write files for Fiberhome's network devices in community version software.

I was wondering if I could send the files to your team, after you optimized it and added it to later releases to facilitate software upgrades and other user usage.
