[Observium] custom oid doesn't work after update

Hi

I updated from an older Observium (85xx) to the latest 8943. I used two devices with 2-2 custom oids. After the upgrade the custom oids not associated to the devices. I tried to re-add it, but when i select the devices in the custom oid setup i got a red message: "ERROR: Unable to add OID association"

I found a similar bug that is closed already: http://jira.observium.org/browse/OBS-2445 but looks like it is closed.

Which command output is needed for the debug?
