[Observium] Apache access config for Ubuntu 14.04

Just curious, your documentation here http://www.observium.org/wiki/Debian_Ubuntu_Installation#Problems mentions modifying the Apache access configuration for 13.10 and 14.04. Are there any helpful articles that can assist with making the necessary modifications?
