looking on the internet I found this, that is what got me started, also cacti supports it, so I thought observium has it already:

Netscalers use FlexLM licensing, but it’s not in observium.
What are you trying to achieve by monitoring licenses? When they expire or something? I don’t see a real use for it in Observium.
