I'm using AKCP SensorProbe and it is indeed fully supported. Also using Papouch TME/TH2E sensors, but when going with new deployments I'd go with something more centralized.
If you have APC PDUs in the racks you could also connect UIO sensors to those without needing new managed devices.

Or the HWg-STE could also be an alternative, these are also include in the os.inc.php file.
