it seems you want write to Cisco TAC.

As I see in snmpwalk output, there is only 17 DOM sensors (temperature, voltage, current, tx power, rx power) reported:

$ egrep 'entSensorType\.3\d+ = voltsAC' KxxZLF57.txt | wc -l
17

there I just grep sensors with voltage type for counting dom sensors (from your debug).
