     When we started using email alerts we had a very simple config.  We had the lines for setting default in config.php commented out.  And the setting in the webUI for use default on alerts set.  So all alerts would go to: alerts@mycompany.com.  Recently I have been working on updating our environment so that different devices have different contact emails so we can start bugging the device owners more specifically.  I have the setting for use default turned off on the webUI.  After multiple attempts I am still not able to get emails to follow the syscontact.  I even added a new email address to the default email setting in the webUI and it STILL refuses to send to that new email.  Is there a place someone else (I did not set the server up) could of hard coded that email?
