I've added this to the device "cog" menu, when enabled in the config (web_enable_showtech = true in config.php, or Web UI -> General -> Enable 'show tech' option in web-config editor)

This page is useful, and would be nice to have the button on the device page instead of having to remember a URL hack, when debugging missing data or problems monitoring devices etc (esp when using rancid and smokeping like we do).
