[Observium] Is it possible to trigger alarm from eventlog text?

Hi

I get this in the eventlog for 2 switches and I'm wondering if it's possible to create an alarm depending on what the text in the eventlog says: Te2/0/1 Interface Down: [ifOperStatus] 'up' -> 'down' Te2/0/1 Interface is no longer encrypted

In this case I want to trigger an alarm when the text "Interface is no longer encrypted" comes and do a reset of the same alarm when the text "Interface is now encrypted" comes.

Is this possible to do with the alarm system in Observium today or is it something that could be implemented? Not sure I can see in snmp if an interface is encrypted or not. I haven't seen anything when I have looked for it. We use macsec in this case.
