[Observium] Observium alert checker - polling when devices are unresponsive

Hi,

I'm trying to create an alert for ports which have an egress percentage over 80%.

It's creating false positives for devices that are down during the poll which makes the alert logging report I'm trying to generate rather useless (see a screenshot of the Alert checker below)

I tried putting device_status eq 1 into the Test Conditions and requiring all conditions, if I do that, an alert is never generated

What is the best way to achieve this?
