[Observium] snmp custom oid graphing

Hello !

First of all, thank you for the gr8 product and keep up the good work :)

I am using observium in a small infrastructure (ESXi servers and linux appliances with snmp enabled) and I am facing two problems:

-monitoring ESXi performance metrics - those are not exposed via snmp, so I have installed VMware CIM binaries to query the host machines. However, I am not aware how to pass data to observium afterwards and get a performance graph.

-graphing data from a custom snmp OID ( snmp exec or extend)
