The error is not related to the actual issue. Please add /debug to the URL and see if you see any other errors. Maybe PHP runs out of memory, maybe you svn up'd and something went wrong, maybe one of the PEAR dependencies got screwed?

BTW: If someone has a configuration fix for the silly includes filter I'd be happy to included it in the documentation.
