I tend to use bigger, centrally located devices (AKCP securityProbe) to connect a couple of sensors to it. But I think the AKCP sensorProbe devices should be very well supported.

Or the HWg-STE could also be an alternative, these are also include in the os.inc.php file.

Can anyone recommend a small IP based temperature/humidity sensor unit to monitor remote racks? I’ve checked http://www.observium.org/docs/supported_devices/ but would like firsthand experience recommendations please.
