[Observium] netstat doesn't detected on some devices

Hi,

I've just noticed some device doesn't have subcategory netstat, while these devices clearly do support TCP,UDP,ICMP,SNMP mibs to gather that information. I've tried to snmpwalk them and it return values correctly.
