Consider you have 10 people in your IT department. I do.
8 of them do not know what SSH is but are good with connecting printers.
It’s a “single plane of glass” method. If you can have tickets, inventory, alerts and monitoring in one place wouldn’t that be swell?
ZenDesk does have some inventory plugins but they do not have a dedicated monitoring system. That is, unless I am mistaken.

I use Zendesk myself, and automatically have tickets raised from a number of different systems in it... so I'm curious,
How is emailing alerts to Zendesk/<OTHER TICKETING SYSTEM> not enough?
Why would having Zendesk tickets in the Observium interface be of value? (Which is what I'm assuming you're thinking of)
