[Observium] Disabling arp-table discovery module

Hi all,

I would like to globally disable the arp-table discovery module. I already tried $config['poller_modules']['arp-table'] = FALSE; in config, but this is for the "poller modules" and not discovery modules. In the global discovery module web gui section there is no option for it.
