[Observium] How do I correct this time discrepancy?

How do I fix the time discrepancy between my Observium server and the Observium UI? Please see the attached screenshot. The time on my server is correct but the time displayed on the UI is off by an hour.

Also, the "Uptime" shown on the attached screenshot shows "Down 8h 4m 59s." I checked the graph for this server and I see no downtime.
