[Observium] $(...).bootstrapSwitch is not a function

Hi All,

I'm getting this error when I try to login to our observium in my console monitor?

TypeError: $(...).bootstrapSwitch is not a function - observi...11.8221 (line 143, col 3) <> <> $('[data-toggle="switch"]').bootstrapSwitch(); <>

I can actually see in index page that it doesn’t include the bootstrapswitch.js unlike the other pages

Adam, maybe you forgot to include it :)
