[Observium] Alerts for QNAP storage

Hello all,

I am working on setting up alerting for a QNAP storage device. I have the latest version of the subscription version of Observium. What I would like is to be able to have Observium send me an email when a hard drive fails. The drives show up under the status portion of the device page. Any idea of how to set this up (if possible)?
