We recently installed a new/parallel Observium (the old one had not been upgraded for years). The baseline is from http://www.observium.org/observium-community-latest.tar.gz as of today; with a new/fresh config.php.
All fine & modern — except for the Ports on the various firewalls and switches not showing up automatically (Neither in ports or in settings; Port Properties). The ‘ports’ poller module is enable; as are POE and ports/port-stack in discovery.
Any hint as where to fix/debug/dig as to understand why this is ?
