ok .. now is done.
in the polling information all graphs say Draw Error, then i do click on the graph RRD Command

 failed: opening '/opt/observium/rrd/poller-wrapper-id4.rrd': No such file or directory

in the directory rrd don`t exist the file

in the system's log messages. it don't  say nothing about create or update or error

yes, in the device properties or if you add the device on the poller via cli then this poller is automatically assigned.
