Have you followed general debugging instructions as noted in http://docs.observium.org/unix_agent/ under "Testing" ?

If so, please provide a "./poller.php -h yourdevice -m unix-agent -d" debug log.

I have installed observium Unix agent into my von server and enables the openvpn script at server but still no graph like "no of users active on vpn" is showing up in observium web interface?

Please help.
