As it turned out, my colleague was restoring the system from the old backup. I am not sure that the current database schema is in the correct state. I need a current database schema for Observium version 19.7.9981. For example, the result of:
# mysqldump --compact --no-data

Can you please elaborate your question?

What do you mean by Databse scheme and what do you need it for?
