Hi,
I’m not quite sure what you mean, what does “only when it down and in an interval” mean?
Thanks,
Adam.

Hi
I am trying to send alert mail for any device down/port down status only when it down and in an interval. But getting a problem that Observium send the alert report with all down port for an active device which overwhelmed my inbox.
Is there any guideline to activating this feature without such behaviour?

Hi,
this is due to network delays to VM and/or disk read latency on this VM.
Increase SNMP timeout to this host to 2-3 sec (in device edit page).

Hello,
Some VM have event logs with interface status add, remove, delete. It occurred very often. What happened with this ? And how to solved this. Btw, there's no changes in the VM.
