[Observium] relative times/dates

Hello,

When trying to document events it’s more useful (at least to me) to see that something happened at 01:55 than it is to see it happened 9:23 hours ago. That doesn’t mean it’s not useful to know how long ago an event happened but it seems recently, knowing when the event happened is more important that knowing how long ago that was.

Is there any way to disable temporarily or permanently the “relative” times in the event log and syslog?
