My other subscription just auto-renewed... oops, now I've got two subscriptions going, but we're only using it in one place. Is there a way to cancel my new account and refund it? You should see that the svn ID was never used.
Thanks! Kevin

The subscriptions are managed by an external company. Messing with the subscription periods their system maintains is... difficult.
If the subscription start/end dates are reasonably close together, you can just switch from one to the other. If they're further apart, I can cancel both of them and extend one of them to the full period. It'll silently die when the time is up though!
Though, I can only see one subscription from your email, on the 17th.

spend the money this year. I paid for another year, but instead of extending our current subscription a new SVN account was created with its own expiration. Is there a way to just extend our exiting one an
