Hello everyone,

I am new to Observium and I have a question, can someone explain to me how the polling works?

And the email alerts are sent when the device is down/up(Recover) or when the polling time is met?

For example:

In the next image I have two cases at 9:37am I received the email for the alert and for the recovery (this is normal or I need to check somethings in the config?)
