[Observium] Suggestion: All Ports

Hi

As our installation is getting heavy and I have seen more and more use for the "Ports/All Ports" page. I becomes clear that the page should not load anything but the search bar until you actually klick the search button.

Saves me some minutes of waiting everyday.
