We are using an OLT/ONT device Brand "Genexis" (http://www.genexis.co.in).
Currently we have added Genexis- SOLT33-08P for testing. But it's not working fully as we are not getting connected ONT information. We have contacted the device vendor team. The technical head of vender team is in CC " Mr. Satyam Bharati" and they also want their devices to be compatible with observium.  Anything needed from vendors can be made available by their team,

In this regard we need support to add this device in observium so that we can monitor those devices.

Please guide us what we need to do.
