[Observium] mac-accounting rolls over at ~100Mbit/s

I was looking at the mac-accounting feature and noticed that it never goes over ~114Mbit/s. Seem to remember that the same thing happend in cacti when using 32bit values.

Device is Cisco ASR9010 RSP2.
