It was a missing dot in a variable assignment, causing part of a div to not be written. It's fixed in SVN now!

I tried deleting the html folder plus svn up but it did not help...
I am using FF43 and Chrome 47. I can reproduce it with both browsers...

But I found a way now on getting the panel back!
I reduced the browser window width to at least the half of my screen
(I do have 1980x1200 resolution). Then bling it popus up. As soon as I
make it wider than 50% it goes away. Reproduced it with FF and Chrome on
windows. Looks indeed like a CSS issue.
