[Observium] generate-map.sh

I tried searching around but found nothing on this.

It would appear this script generates some larger network map, maybe more conclusive, I don't know. Its broken in a few ways, is this supposed to work or is this old stuff thats stuck around? I temporarily fixed a couple errors I was getting, but even so the map.dot file or whichever it dumps its initial payload into was turning up empty.
