As Tom said, I've been relocating from UK -> MX since friday (with a few stops along the way), and I've only just managed to hook up the laptop :)
I was intending to make the PayPal form redirect to a page with a note on it about the delay, but I never got time in the rush to leave.
I'm going to add the delayed users now, so they should be ready to go shortly!

However we have not had any word back on if this has been done or not (and testing, it seems to deny us so I am guessing not).
